1. Services

PHB Studio provides digital support, website setup, technical assistance, and AI-assisted workflow improvements for small businesses.
All services are delivered with reasonable care, clear communication, and best-effort solutions.

PHB Studio follows UK Government AI Safety principles, safe AI use, and human-in-the-loop practices.
No AI system is ever deployed without human oversight or client approval.

2. No Professional Liability

PHB Studio does not provide:

  • legal advice
  • financial advice
  • medical guidance
  • high-risk AI systems
  • enterprise-grade or mission-critical automation

Any tools, AI suggestions, or digital support are provided on a general best-effort basis and must always be reviewed by the client before use.

Clients remain responsible for the final decisions and outputs generated with AI assistance.

3. Safe AI Use

To ensure transparency and safety, PHB Studio follows:

  • UK GDPR
  • ICO Guidance on AI & Data Protection
  • UK Government AI Safety & Ethics Framework
  • AI Cyber Security Code of Practice (2025)

All AI-assisted features follow these principles:

  • Human-in-the-loop (client remains in control)
  • No fully autonomous decisions
  • No processing of sensitive personal data
  • No hidden background data flows
  • No use of AI in high-risk sectors
  • Transparent description of tools used
  • Privacy-first, minimal data approach

Any automation or AI workflow must be tested and approved by the client before it is considered active.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shared clearly before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

5. Deposits

For websites, custom tools, and larger projects, a deposit is required.

Standard structure:

  • Small tasks (<1 hour): full payment upfront
  • Standard projects: 50% deposit / 50% on completion
  • Large projects: milestone payments (25% / 50% / 25%)

Work begins after the deposit is received.
Final files or access are delivered after full payment.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel before work begins.
If work has started, a partial fee may apply based on work completed.

7. Subcontractors & Outsourcing

PHB Studio may work with trusted subcontractors.
All subcontractors follow the same standards of:

  • privacy
  • safe AI practice
  • professionalism

Your data is not shared with subcontractors unless required for the project and only with your permission.

This website may link to external sites.
PHB Studio is not responsible for external content, privacy, or security.
